Are we locked into a contract for a certain time period?
No. While often times service providers bring out contracts stipulating exclusivity or a fixed time committal, we do not. Some clients may request contracts based on various vendor requirements, but the T&S Logistics Group doesn't bring them to the table.
Do you have your own trucks? Or are you strictly brokerage?
As an agency partner of HD Shipping Solutions, the T&S Logistics Group LLC works with a vast network of contracted carrier partners to bring a full brokerage offering of FTL, LTL, and Cross-Border shipping services. In addition, we have relationships with best in class Import/Export companies who can collaborate to bring turn key global solutions.
Does it cost anything to consult with the T&S Logistics Group or to have them participate in an RFP?
No. Unlike typical consultants who bill by the hour, we seek an opportunity to bring value to your organization immediately. We feel that it's critical to get to know your organization and for our potential clients and their stakeholders to get to know us. We make a fair and reasonable margin on a per shipment basis.
Are your shipments insured?
Yes. All our shipments are insured, and, for higher value shipments, additional insurance is available. We ask for the cargo value and ensure that adequate coverage is in place to protect our clients. In addition, should a claim need to be filed, we work as a Third-Party service provider to facilitate the process on our client’s behalf.
Do you offer your clients credit lines and what is the Term?
Yes, we offer our qualified clients the necessary credit line to ensure freight flows smoothly along the supply chain. We offer NET 30 Terms and customizable reporting based on each client’s individual needs.
