With over 13 years in transportation and logistics, I built my career inside some of the largest 3PL organizations in the world. Trained and mentored by industry leaders, I developed a deep operational understanding of how freight truly moves across North America. That includes the daily realities of carrier networks and capacity shifts, as well as the strategic levers that keep complex supply chains running on time and on budget.
Throughout that journey, I have partnered with companies across manufacturing, retail, food and beverage, industrial, and other industries. I helped them navigate the constant change inherent to shipping and transportation. Whether it was absorbing market volatility, mitigating risk, controlling costs, or rolling out new processes during growth or disruption, the focus has always been the same: protecting the customer's freight, their timelines, and their bottom line.
That experience inspired the launch of T&S Logistics Group. The company was built to bridge a gap I saw firsthand in the industry.
